DS-100 Dielectric Solvents

Characteristic:

• DS-100 is free from halogenated solvents or any hazardous components.

• DS-100 can be safely processed at any motor oil recycling center.

• The high dielectric strength of DS-100 allows for safe use on various types of electrical equipment without the risk of electrical shorts or unintended arcing during operation.

概述

DS-100 Dielectric Solvent is an excellent dielectric solvent and cleaner, specifically formulated for the removal of residues from Engineered Fluids’ product range, including AmpCool™, BitCool™, ElectroCool™, and VoltCool™ dielectric coolants found on circuits and equipment. DS-100 is also suitable for cleaning electronic equipment, removing manufacturing residues, dust, and airborne contaminants, and preparing them for immersion. Furthermore, DS-100 can effectively clean and remove residues from electronic equipment, enclosures, tanks, hoses, pumps, and dry coolers that have been used with mineral oil and other hydrocarbons. DS-100 is free from halogenated solvents or any hazardous components. Its high dielectric strength allows for safe use on various types of electrical equipment without the risk of electrical shorts or unintended arcing during operation. DS-100 Dielectric Solvent effectively removes both synthetic and hydrocarbon-based coolants while being safe for use on plastic and rubber components. Unlike other solvents, DS-100 can be used without the need for extensive protective equipment, and its high flash point provides an unprecedented level of user safety. DS-100 is easy to apply, whether as a spray, in parts cleaner tanks, or for full immersion in dip tanks. After cleaning, place the equipment in a well-ventilated area and allow it to dry. DS-100 removes all residual coolants, allowing the equipment to be maintained, returned to standard air-cooled service, or repaired using soldering or other standard repair methods.

Package Information :

DS-100 is available in packaging sizes of 4 liters, 20 liters, and 200 liters. When using a 20-liter container of DS-100, it can effectively remove dielectric coolants from 40-50 ASIC miners or 20-30 servers. Once fully saturated in the dip tank, DS-100 can be safely processed at any motor oil recycling center.

How to use :

  • DS-100 is flammable, so avoid sources of fire or ignition in the work area.
  • Remove electrical equipment from the dielectric coolant and allow at least 5-10 minutes for residual coolant to flow off the device.
  • Residual coolant should be recovered in a clean container, and if not contaminated, it can be reused.
  • Apply DS-100 using methods such as spraying, wiping, brushing, or immersion. When spraying or brushing, start by applying a thin coat and allow DS-100 to work fully for 3-5 minutes, then follow with another thin coat as a rinse.
  • When immersing, fully immerse the device in DS-100 for 10-15 seconds while gently agitating the device by moving it up and down in the solvent.
  • DS-100 also performs exceptionally well in both filtered and unfiltered parts washers.
  • Reapply if additional cleaning is necessary.
  • Allow the device to dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated work area.
