Product Quality Management
UNIC Technology implements comprehensive quality management to ensure that product quality meets requirements during incoming inspection and throughout the manufacturing process. These measures aim to reduce supplier delivery quality issues and minimize customer complaints, thereby achieving consistent delivery quality assurance.
Manufacturing facilities across all regions have obtained quality system certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and strictly follow system requirements in incoming material inspections, in-process controls, and finished product inspections. In the event of customer complaints regarding finished products, issues are handled, documented, tracked, and resolved in accordance with established customer complaint procedures.
Customer Health and Safety
The Company is committed to providing plastic products that comply with environmental protection and safety standards. All plastic products sold comply with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) requirements. Environmentally recycled materials have also obtained relevant environmental certifications, such as UL 2809. These certifications ensure that products meet customer health and safety requirements.
UNIC conducts regular product testing and updates certification documentation to ensure that material quality consistently complies with applicable standards. In terms of compliance with domestic and international laws and regulations, UNIC Technology maintains a high level of responsibility and professionalism. The Company closely monitors regulations related to operations, including occupational safety, health and safety, environmental product promotion, finance, information security, intellectual property, and various commercial laws. In 2024, there were no incidents of non-compliance with product and service health and safety regulations.
Product and Service Information and Labeling Requirements
UNIC Technology provides detailed material property data, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), RoHS compliance documentation, and environmental certifications (such as UL 2809 and TÜV certificates). A corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with each shipment batch. Depending on industry-specific requirements, additional physical or chemical test reports can also be provided to meet customer needs.
In 2024, 100% of products complied with regulatory and customer requirements. In accordance with the laws and regulations of customers’ respective countries, UNIC communicates comprehensively with customers prior to sales and prepares all relevant product certification documents, environmental material certifications, and transportation permits. These measures enable customers to clearly identify product item numbers and color codes. COA reports corresponding to shipment batch numbers are also provided as quality assurance documentation.
In 2024, UNIC Technology recorded no violations related to product and service information or labeling regulations.

The plastic materials operated by UNIC cover not only general-purpose plastics but also actively expand into environmentally friendly and antibacterial medical material segments, in response to global market demand from information electronics, power products, and home appliances. As UNIC continues to broaden its industry footprint, demand for general-purpose plastics, engineering plastics, environmentally friendly materials, and antibacterial medical materials has grown significantly.

Customer Satisfaction Survey
To continuously enhance service quality, listen to customer feedback, and better understand customer needs, UNIC Technology conducts annual customer satisfaction surveys and collects feedback on a regular basis. The objective is to gain insights into customers’ product usage experiences and expectations.
In the first quarter of each year, surveys are conducted to assess customer satisfaction regarding warehouse inbound and outbound operations, service attitude and cooperation of operational personnel, digitalized processes, and overall service quality. In 2024, questionnaires were distributed to 10 key customers, all of which were valid responses, achieving a 100% response rate with an average satisfaction score of 92 points.
