Corporate governance generally refers to the way companies manage and monitor daily operations.  The primary objective of corporate governance is to improve operating efficiency and maximize profitability.

Improve efficiency, and raise competitiveness for maximized profitability as well as corporate values, we have laid down stringent policies and procedures regarding the handling of day to day business.

For effective monitoring
Our board of directors place the benefit of the entire corporation and the shareholders above all else when discussing major proposals, resolutions, or business strategies.  Auditors and supervisors cautiously monitor their executions.

The company will evaluate its internal control policies on an annual basis.  Not only does it enhance our self discipline, this also gives us great flexibility to adjust our design and execution of internal control to adapt to the changing environment; and thereby enables continued improvement.
